StarTrust is a cooperative, not-for-profit financial institution, owned by the people who use its services - the members. We serve anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school, or regularly conducts business in portions of Harris County. Family members of a current or potential member who meets the above criteria may also join.

As a member of StarTrust, you have:
